Membership in the Syracuse Camera Club is open to anyone interested in photography. To learn more about the club, come to any of our meetings, which are always open for guests. Our monthly competitions are a good starting point, since you’ll get to see lots of good work and meet many friendly people. You’re also welcome to come to our other activities.
We meet at the the Reformed Church of Syracuse. (map). Competitions are generally on the third Wednesday of the month, September through May and the first week of June.
Benefits of membership include critiques by professional photographers at our contests, the opportunity to show your work in our group shows, and workshops and presentations about photographic techniques presented by our experienced members and invited experts. Should you decide to join, here’s information about dues, which cover the cost of the meeting room, equipment, ribbons and awards.
