How convenient is the park to your home? I hate the idea of you setting up in the pavilion 3 hours prior to the event.
Perhaps some folks will be willing to share in the responsibility and either take turns or keep each other company.
I live in Chittenango, so if the park is inconvenient to you, I could start off holding the space until relief were to arrive.
